概要:
マウスの心臓を対象にワーキングハートおよびランゲンドルフ実験を行うための装置です。
リザーバ、ハートチャンバー、バブルトラップ、流路はウォータジャケッ トされており、一定の温度を保ちます。水温とフローはサーモバスサーキュレータポンプによりコントロールされます。
システムには2Lのオキシバブラー付きリザーバが含まれます。バブルトラップによりバッファの潅流流路に気泡が入ることを防ぎます。
ハートチャンバーは心房カニューラ、ペーシング電極などのためのアクセスポートがあります。
